Michael has been immersed in the health and wellness field for over 18 years. He started his career path by completing the Fitness & Lifestyle Management diploma at George Brown College in Toronto (1999). During this time he worked as a trainer assessing and designing personalized fitness programs to help individuals reach their wellness goals. Michael then moved to Peterborough to complete his Bachelors of Science degree at Trent University (2001). He spent 5 years working with individuals with acquired brain injury, implementing therapeutic and restorative programs. He returned to school to complete his Masters of Physical Therapy at D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY (2006). For the past 10 years Michael has continued to develop his professional skills with courses in Acupuncture, Dry Needling and Manual Therapy, completing his Advanced Diploma of Manual Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT) in 2013. Michael is committed to providing a comprehensive approach to enable individuals achieve their functional and fitness goals.
